Sverdlovsk Agricultural Cooperative "SPAS", in the Urals, launched the production of vacuumized, frozen blanks for the preparation of first and second courses. The first of these blanks was the “borshche” set, consisting of potatoes, cabbage, carrots, onions and beets.
Vacuum preparation will be implemented in canteens of schools and kindergartens. The use of blanks, according to manufacturers, will reduce the time of cooking, and also make cooking more sterile.
Vacuum products will be sold not only for schools, but also in company stores of the cooperative "Farmersky SPAS"
