The village of Yagodnoe, which is located in the Tomsk region, will soon become the Russian center for the production of Swiss cheese Gruyere. To bring this idea to life, the creators will need about 30 million rubles.
Cheese production starts in May. True, consumers will be able to try the first cheese only in 2020 - after it has matured. It is said that Gruyere cheese is made from selected Alpine milk, ripens for a long time and, in general, is a rather expensive product. At the same time, the product has a unique taste and nutty aftertaste.
