The money tree is a fairly popular and easily recognizable plant, often found among household flowers. From the most ordinary plant sometimes a beautiful tree is obtained, in no way inferior to the famous Japanese bonsai. But in order for the tree to grow in your home, you need appropriate care for it. The first and, perhaps, one of the most important procedures for the care of a fat woman is her transfer.
The fat woman: a brief description
The fat woman, or crassula, is better known here as the money tree. The genus of the plant includes more than 3 hundred species, most of which come from South Africa. The tropical belt of the African continent and the island of Madagascar are another areas of natural growth of Krassoula. 
It belongs to succulents - plants that make water in thick leaves. Some species are used in floriculture. Such plants have characteristic round leaflets resembling coins - for such a feature they are called the "money tree".

The transplant procedure itself is simple, but it requires accuracy and attention:
- First you need to prepare a new pot with soil.
- After you got Crassula out of the old tank, you should carefully examine the root system. The roots of the fatty meat and so do not have great health, besides they are often poured. As a result, they begin to rot.

The tree is quite unpretentious. The only thing it fears is the bay. In its leaves there is an adequate supply of moisture, so you should not water the plant too often. In the event that the roots were flooded and rotted, the plant must be transplanted, after removing the damaged roots.

The plant is originally from Africa, therefore, it loves light, sun and warmth. In winter, it is better to keep a fathead at a temperature of + 9-13 ° C, in summer - at + 19-25 ° C. To keep the soil dry, do not keep a plant pot in the winter near a radiator. Nearby you can put an open container with water - evaporating, the liquid will not allow the surface of the soil to dry out much. 
Watering, feeding, the formation of the crown
Watering features:
- In the summer, water the tree should be 1-2 times a week. If the air temperature is too high, the moisture evaporates quickly, and water more often. Care must be taken to ensure that excess liquid does not remain in the pan. Crassula should not be flooded even in summer.
- In the autumn the soil should be dry. It will be enough to water the plant once a month, in rare cases once a week. In the event that it is cool in the winter in a room, it is not necessary to water a fat man at all.
- In the spring it is necessary to increase the frequency of watering again. Usually enough once every 3-6 days. But you should look at the state of the soil in each case.

This should be done in the following way:- after the appearance of the first four pairs of leaflets, find a bud that is between the last and the penultimate pair;
- carefully remove it;
- if in the same place a single shoot was formed again, it should be removed. For the development of a beautiful crown need a simultaneous growth of 2-3 shoots;
- pinching should be done shortly after transplantation.

Important! The fat woman begins to bloom after five years. Most readily she does it at a time when the day becomes short. In the event that the soil is wetted, the money tree will not bloom.
