The Cabinet of Ministers supported the order approving the procedure for maintaining the register of recipients of budget subsidies in the form provided. This was stated by the Minister of Finance Alexander Danilyuk at an extraordinary meeting of the government. "A budget subsidy has been introduced for the development of agricultural producers since 2017, and it is now proposed to adopt an order of the Cabinet of Ministers approving the register of recipients of budget subsidies in the form supplied. Also, the transfer of information on the amounts of budget subsidies to be transferred to the DFS and the Treasury. Thus we regulate this issue and agricultural producers will start receiving this subsidy, "said Alexander Danilyuk. During the government meeting, the Minister of Justice Pavel Petrenko emphasized that proper coordination was needed in the relevant ministries: the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade and the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food.
For 2017, the budget takes into account the allocation of funds for the program of compensation of credit rates to farmers - 300 million hryvnias, for loans to farmers - 65 million hryvnias, for assistance to animal husbandry - 170 million hryvnias, for the development of hops, planting new gardens, vineyards, berries, 75 million hryvnias , on VAT quasi-accumulation - 4 billion hryvnia, reduction of agricultural equipment - 550 million hryvnia, other programs - 287.8 million hryvnia.
