Take:

  • cabbage forks - 400 g;
  • mushrooms - champignons - 200 g;
  • carrots - 1 pc .;
  • repch onions - 1 pc .;
  • sour cream - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • salt and spices to taste.

Step-by-step recipe:

  1. Rinse the cauliflower well.
  2. Cut the leaves, disassemble the forks into buds.
  3. Pour into a pot of water, put on fire.
  4. Dip the inflorescences in boiling water, cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Drain water through a colander, wash the cabbage with cold water.
  6. Wash carrots and onions, peel them.

  • long grain rice - 250 g;
  • cabbage - 250 g;
  • tomatoes - 2 - 3 pcs .;

Cooking with step by step recipe:

  1. Rinse the rice well, put it in the pan.

  3. Well washed and peeled carrots (2 pcs.), Rub on a coarse grater, and mix with chopped garlic (4 cloves). Wait until the marinade has cooled, add garlic-carrot mixture and spices to it.
